Description
The Dinex Group, restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for a Sommelier at Bar Boulud.
The Sommelier must have a deep understanding of the wine program. The position also requires excellent people skills, dedication, an inexhaustible love of wine, food, and service, as well as a quick ability to "read" the guest. They are the liaison between the guest and our extensive wine list and cellar. They will possess commanding knowledge of the wine list, a thorough understanding of the menu and how the two interact, as well as all other spirits and beverages offered.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of service experience, preferably in a French dining environment, with at least 1 year as a sommelier.
