Acker Merrall & Condit is the world’s largest wine auction house. We seek a positive person, one who is organized and possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will work directly with the CEO and communicate on his behalf. The candidate must be flexible, independent, have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels. The ability to multi-task in a high-energy, fast-moving and changing environment will be a key to success in this position.
The areas of responsibility cover a broad spectrum:

• Manage CEO's calendar, travel logistics both domestic and international, and arrange meetings
• Review, respond to, and prioritize executive e-mail
• Answer phone calls and communicate on behalf of CEO
• Liaise with other management and employees
• Route correspondences as appropriate
• Stay current on executive priorities on a daily basis
• Availability as needed on nights and weekends
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client needs and requirements
• Assist in office manager functions and general office organization
• Potential travel opportunities
BA is preferable, Proficiency in Microsoft Software, Chinese language skills is a plus
