The US Brand Ambassador for this high profile French wine supplier will serve as a field position focused on the execution and accomplishment of a broad range of activities across the Northeast United States. This position is primarily responsible for executing sales goals by coordinating and synchronizing activities with the Company’s Portfolio and Sales teams. The position requires strong sales skills and interpersonal dexterity to manage brand performance and execution across the Northeast. In this role you will develop strong long term relationships with key accounts on and off premise within several markets. Candidates from the NY/NJ/CT area strongly preferred.

Educational Qualifications & Experiences:
• A working knowledge of the Wine & Spirits industry in relation to the import function, preferred.
• A clear understanding of the three tier system and the regulated nature of the industry with a focus on legal compliance strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of the Spanish and or French language is very helpful
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong organizational, communication and inter-personal skills to relate cross-functionally in a fast paced business environment.
• Strong communication and follow up skills with customers, suppliers and internal company personnel. .
• High degree of wine knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of event planning needs, restaurant business key performance factors and experience working within the restaurant and catering industry
• Ability to work select nights and weekends and lift cases and bottles that may weigh up to 60 lbs
• College Degree or 2-5 years related experience preferred
